This is just a quick note letting you all know that I have two new forms on my website. Click the blue links to access the forms.
Model Release Form – Model releases must be filled out prior to taking pictures (collaborations, paid portrait sessions, etc.). If you are a minor, you will need a parent or legal guardian to sign the form prior to taking pictures with me.
Studio Rental Agreement – Click here to gain access to my studio rental agreement form. This form is required if you wish to rent my studio for your various photography and/or videography projects.
